My favorite holiday. Or second favorite. It’s tough to choose between Halloween and Christmas!
Either way, I have LOTS of updates here to help you celebrate. I’m still posting new chapters of Interwoven at a pace of one or two a week. It just so happens to be two this week, as well as a little lost chapter that I wrote for the Trick or Treat challenge.
In fact, I signed up for two Trick or Treat prompts. The second one is posted right here on the main site, and is a fun little short story called Fortune Favors.
That’s it for now, but in just twenty four hours, NaNoWriMo begins again. I’m not doing the traditional thing this year, because I felt like I already had enough stories in progress. Instead, this year I’ll be trying to write around 5 chapters or 10,000 words each on five of my stories. These stories will be Audience of One, Interwoven, Songs Left Unsung, Untold and Worlds Collide.
Some of those stories haven’t been updated for quite a while, so I’m really excited to knock out a large chunk of them at once. I foresee at least one of them being finished (if not entirely posted) by the end of the year. Exciting! Hopefully you guys agree.
And for those of you who have been wondering, Truth is a Whisper has NOT been abandoned. Amber has recently moved across the country and just before that, her laptop died unexpectedly, so she can’t contribute to the story right now. Since the story really requires both of us, the ball is in her court right now, and I’m just waiting for a time when she can write again. But I promise we will someday finish it!
