  Broken Sea Glass

Other: Written as something of a dare and inspired by the BTTI 2014 original song “Sand In My Crevice.”

  City of Angels

Excerpt: He can’t decide if he wants to punch Scott or kiss him, and that’s a very, very familiar feeling.

  Dancing Shadows and Firelight

Warnings: Language and drug use.
Excerpt: He looked out the windshield at the sky. It was rapidly darkening and he could almost make out the outline of a full moon. Zac realized he must have been lost in his mind for quite a while.

  Give Me My Sin Again

Warnings: incestuous sexual content, underage drinking, dubious consent
Excerpt: We were both pretty drunk, after all. Maybe it didn’t mean anything. Then again, maybe it did.

  Haunted By Ill Angels
Rating: PG13
Warnings: Vampires, blood, death.
Excerpt: He hasn’t smoked for three weeks. Everyone has noticed, of course, and they aren’t sure whether to be relieved or concerned. Taylor himself isn’t sure how to take this change. It hasn’t set his nerves at ease, and the nicotine does nothing to take the edge off that uneasy tingle in his spine.

  How Isaac Almost Stole Christmas

Excerpt: Zac came tumbling into the kitchen and picked up three of the plastic containers of cookies from the table. “Tay, what kind of cookies should we leave out for Santy Claus?”

Excerpt: Jared’s leg brushes up against Zac’s and he knows it could have been totally innocent, but the intense look in Jared’s eyes say otherwise.

Excerpt: He thinks about messages in bottles and what sort of cry for help his might contain. Is this a cry for help, running away like he has?

  A Little Heart and Soul

Excerpt: She gives him a wink as she sidles up to the bar right next to him and he blinks a few more times just to be sure he’s not so drunk he’s starting to hallucinate.

Excerpt: Zac sat back as he took his hit, staring into space. I took advantage of his distraction to steal another marshmallow, giggling at his delayed response.

Excerpt: Isaac stood over the bench for a moment before finally taking a seat just a little bit too close to Taylor. He didn’t speak for a moment and Taylor wondered just how many judgmental comments he was plotting in his mind.
