Well so much for those weekly updates, hmm? Doesn’t mean I haven’t been working on plenty of things behind the scenes, of course.
I don’t think anyone is surprised to hear that I’ve finished posting Untold. After all, I finished writing it in November. I know it wasn’t one of my most popular stories, so I could have posted the ending all in one go, but I thought I would at least try to build a little suspense. I’ve also added the soundtrack to the story’s page, with a download link. That’s something new I’ve been trying, and Untold is the first story I’ve done it for.
I hope to work my way back through all of my stories and add downloadable versions of their soundtracks. Today, I’ve added them to Cause and Effect, Darling, I Want To Destroy You, Little Deaths and Love and Other Socially Acceptable Emotions. The rest are either waiting for the stories to be finished (so that the soundtracks aren’t spoilery) or waiting for me to locate all the songs — or both!
In addition to that, I’m still writing like mad. I’ve gotten a little bit ahead on one of my stories — I’d forgotten how good that feels — and I’m hoping to do the same on a few others soon. Interwoven, as I may have mentioned, is finished except for a little editing. Audience of One is nearing its end, and against my better judgment, I’m plotting out a sequel for it. More details on that will be coming soon. My other stories are still chugging along, so I don’t have very much to say about them now.
As for Truth is a Whisper, I’m afraid it’s effectively on hold again while Amber’s real life takes priority over her writing.
But in better news, I have so, so, so many new stories for you guys! Most of them are still in the planning stages, but soon I’ll have more to say about them. I think Gravity, in particular, will be ready to begin posting soon. Check back here in a few weeks for more information!
