Adelaide was reluctant to get involved with Taylor. She knew it was dangerous and would change her life, forever, but she didn’t know how. Although she tried to resist him, he became the one constant in her life, even when his life was anything but constant.

Yes folks, it’s the end of this story… finally. That sounds bad. But the truth is, this story has been three years in the making, or more accurately, nine. I could have written so much more, but I think the story is there. It’s done. I’m ready to let it go.

I intended to post this part last week, but after a whirlwind trip across the state to see The Boys, my brain was too fried to even think about editing a chapter as big as this one. But I did it, and here it is now. Just one more left after this one, so get the Kleenex ready!

Yup, I’ve been busy today. In addition to posting part fifteen, I’ve also added a few new pictures to the character page and posted the soundtrack. Hope you guys enjoy all of that 🙂

This part was really hard to write. I feel like I say that about all of them, and I suppose it’s true about all of them. But I hope you guys enjoy reading this one. Let me know what you think.

We’ve entered a pretty depressing portion of the story, I’m afraid. But at least I’m past some of the really difficult to write chapters. I just hope they’re not as difficult to read. I’m really, really thankful to everyone who has read and commented on this story. Huge thank yous in particular to Amy, Diamond, Lexi and Liz. Just realized I hadn’t given you all personal thank yous yet! So thanks to you and thanks to anyone who I don’t know by name who is also reading.

I just have to say, I got some of the best feedback ever from Diamond yesterday about this story. It’s been a hard story to write, as I think a lot of you know, because of how personal it is. Her comments really made me feel better about it, though. So with that in mind, I’m posting one of the more personal chapters, and hoping that all of you enjoy it.

Well, here it is. Things are about to get… well, interesting isn’t the word. But this is sort of a turning point in the story, and possibly unexpected. So just hang on, okay? And let me know what you think.
