What a milestone! It feels like I’ve been working on this fic forever, and to have finally reached such an impressive number of chapters is a weird sort of relief. I know we’re nearing the end of the story, although I will admit I don’t entirely know how it is ending. But I hope you all enjoy this chapter and have enjoyed this long ride.

First of all, it looks like I didn’t add a post here the last time I updated. Which was all the way back in October. I have no excuses, except the same old ones. But I do have a new chapter for you all today, and I hope that you’re still hanging in there as this fic nears its long overdue conclusion.

I am so, so sorry that it has taken me so long to get this chapter edited and posted. As I get closer to the end of this story, it gets harder to share–I want to get everything just right and I want to cling to it and draw it out. But I hope some of you are still interested in reading this story, and that you’ll enjoy this chapter.

Well, this one took a bit longer to edit than I intended for it to. Personal shit gets in the way; same story as always. We’re approaching an interesting part of this story, too, and that makes it more difficult to write and edit. But I hope everyone is still enjoying the story!

No, you’re not hallucinating! After just over six months, I have finally managed to update this fic again. I managed to write quite a bit on it during NaNoWriMo, so this chapter is just the beginning of the updates you can look forward to.
