Welcome to the page for my story Audience of One. I’m Bethany, owner of and fanfic site Extemporaneous. Feedback on this story is welcome and encouraged, so please sign the guestbook or send me an email.

This story was written for Amber’s retro hanfic challenge, Stories Will Be Told.

Warning: Please note that this story does contain slash and cest, so read with caution if those are not your thing.

Taylor can’t imagine himself ever settling down with just one person; he’s just not that kind of guy. But when Hanson go on tour to promote their fifth album, he meets someone who will challenge not only that, but everything he thinks he knows about himself.

This story is absolutely, positively 100% fiction. All real people contained within it are merely fictionalized versions of their real selves. No harm or slander is intended by using their likenesses.

I am not a Hanson, nor a member of their family. I do not work for 3CG or anyone else associated with Hanson.

Absolutely no money at all is being made from this story; it’s all just for fun.

Last chapter!

April 28th, 2013

Here it is. The end of the story. It’s not a terribly satisfying ending, I’m sure, but remember that there is a sequel coming soon. I hope you’ll all stick around and give me some time to get it edited and ready to post. And, of course, I hope you enjoy reading it as well. I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by this story’s popularity, and I cannot stress enough how much I’ve enjoyed all the comments I’ve received on it.

Chapter forty one

April 21st, 2013

We’re so close to the end! Can you believe it? Just one more chapter after this one…

As always, I adore all of your feedback. Leave me a comment in the guestbook and let me know what you think of this story and if you’re anxious for the sequel!

Oops! I meant to post this on Sunday after the chapter, where Seamus plays “his” last song. Those songs, if you hadn’t realized, do not really belong to me or my fictional character. They all appear on the soundtrack, along with several other songs that I think suit the story quite well. It’s posted now, so go check it out!

A short one today

April 14th, 2013

Sorry that this is kind of a short one. The end of the story is coming very soon, though, and I suppose I’m trying to drag it out as long as I can. You can’t blame me for that, can you?

As always, I love your feedback 🙂

Chapter thirty nine…

April 7th, 2013

Just three chapters left after this one!

The sequel isn’t coming along quite as quickly as I would have liked, but I like how it’s turning out. I can’t wait to share it with you guys. As always, I adore your comments.

Closer to the end…

March 31st, 2013

Just four chapters left! Can you guys guess how it’s going to end?

Well, it’s not really over. In about seven hours, I’ll be starting on Camp NaNoWriMo, and hoping to get 50,000 words written on the sequel. Wish me luck!

Chapter thirty seven

March 24th, 2013

I very nearly forgot to post this chapter today! Don’t ask me how. I’ve been pretty busy lately, I guess, and I had other things on my mind. But here it is, one chapter closer to the end of the story. I’m sure you guys are getting excited for the sequel, and I’m pretty anxious to start writing it, too.

As always, I love your feedback! 🙂

Thirty six…

March 17th, 2013

Just six more chapters left! It’s hard to believe I’m so close to finishing this story. I already have the sequel partially plotted out, and I’m pretty excited about that. In the meantime, though, I hope you guys enjoy the last few chapters of this one.

As always, I love your feedback! 🙂

Chapter thirty five

March 10th, 2013

I feel like these last few chapters are kind of boring… I hope you guys don’t agree :/

I’ve actually finished writing the entire story now, but I do need to edit the last several chapters some before posting them. It should be entirely posted next month, and I plan to spend April’s Camp NaNoWriMo writing the sequel. Isn’t that exciting??

As always, I love your feedback! 🙂

Chapter thirty four…

March 3rd, 2013

Moving right along! I think this one is a little more interesting than the last one. So please do enjoy it, and let me know what you think 🙂

Speaking of letting me know what you think, I’ve been running a little survey about my writing. Even if you’re only reading this story, I would love to hear from you. Just click here and fill it out. I promise it won’t take long!
